Recommended Use:
As a dietary supplement, take 1 ounce (one capful) just before bed at least 3 hours after dinner or a snack. When your body burns fat it requires extra hydration, so we recommend that you drink at least
8 glasses of water every day to maximize your results on BioSculpt and promote general health. If your weight loss goal is 25 pounds or more, you may double the dosage to 2 ounces (two capfuls) each
night, or one capful before bed and one capful immediately upon rising. Once you have achieved your fat loss goal, you may reduce the dosage to 1/2 ounce each night.

I just wanted to tone up. I took one cap full every night. I lost 20 pounds in 6 weeks. I did TAE BO four nights per week and I ate three meals each day - no snacks. I ate breakfast at 9:00 a.m, Lunch
at 12:30 p.m. and dinner at 7:00 p.m. I made sure that I ate at the same time each day.

I have been using Biosculpt for 1 month. I lost 2 1/2" on upper abs, 3" on lower abs and 2" on my thighs! I only lost 2 pounds, but I weight train. I exercise 5 days a week and watch what I eat and drink
plenty of water. My husband is also taking Biosculpt and lost 10 pounds. I would recommend this product,not as a magic pill, but as a health supplement to add to a good eating and exercise plan.

Great product. After my second child, I could not loose the weight. I started using Biosculpt and have been for the last 5 months. I have lost 42 pounds and I am still losing weight. I do not have time
to exercise or cook healthy meals as I was working 2 jobs and taking care of my kids. I am sure if I exercise and eat better that I would loose even more weight faster. But this has been awesome to

This is an EXCELENT product. I have lost 40 pounds in three months and I feel great!!! I would highly recommend BioSculpt. I can wear clothes that have been in the back of my closet for the past two years.
It's all natural and it dosen't give any weird side effects. I even see muscle definition. I can even indulge (just a little) and still loose weight. The only complaint I have is........Where has

This is the way to go if you really want to lose weight. I just finished my first bottle and I have lost 10 pounds. The first couple of weeks, I noticed my waist line had decreased in inches. I actually

I'm on a low carbohydrate diet which is sometimes hard for me to maintain because of sugar cravings. When my diet stalled, I tried several diet aids, and Biosculpt is the only one that has given me healthy
results (no stimulants & its non-addictive!). It also curbed my carbohydrate cravings. It's basically the same thing as that OTHER "lose weight while you sleep" product advertised on radio stations
nationwide--but it's much less expensive and available everywhere. Biosculpt is the way to go!
